If your tracking information shows that your box was returned to us due to a delivery issue, please contact our Customer Service Team as soon as possible. Be sure to include the email address associated with your account and the order number.

If the address was incorrect or there were absent residents at the time of delivery, and your package is being returned to us, we may have to charge an extra re-shipping fee and handling fee of $25 if you would like us to reship your order.

Please double-triple-quadruple-check your address and make sure it is a safe location.
