Your box will always ship to the address that is marked as your "Shipping address" on your account dashboard under your Order number. Since we ship within 5 to 10 business days of billing, please ensure that your address is up to date before shipment.

To change your shipping address, go to your account dashboard -> "Manage Subscriptions" -> "My Subscriptions" -> "Edit" next to your address under "Subscription Orders".

If you miss the deadline, please contact our Customer Service Team first. We also strongly encourage you to contact your local post office to reroute your box.
